Kids Club Team Members are responsible for supervising and engaging with our little Chuzers. They are patient, caring, a fantastic team player, and someone that everyone can trust. Your shift will consist of constant interactions with parents and kids (ages 12mo-12yrs), cleaning, planning activities and games, and winning a dance-off or two. Team Members have constant communication with the Kids Club Manager and openly share ideas, ask/give feedback, and set clear goals to support their growth and development.
- Welcoming, greeting, and genuinely interacting with everyone who steps foot in the Kids Club
- Facilitate the best possible presentation of Chuze Fitness Kids club through knowledge, strong communication, and most of all, personal connections.
- Assist in all aspects of Kids Club operations: interactions, sign ups, checking child(ren) in and out, POS transactions, filing, cleaning, running reports to check for accuracy of accounts, preparing crafts, preparing activities, and organizing.
- Help coordinate and complete daily cleaning tasks to Chuze Fitness standards and ensure that Kids Club presentation is always extraordinarily clean and sanitary.
- Create detailed incidents, Illness, and conduct reports for little chuzers as needed, and communicate to parents.
- Chuze members' billing issues, disputes, and account research/history with company software to determine the proper course of action.
- Engage and play with the children consistently through different activities while maintaining awareness and supervision of the room.
- Work with Chuze members by implementing conflict resolution techniques when needed.
