    NURSING HOMES ON-SITE COORDINATOR (CHICAGO, IL)

    The Practice Coordinator works in partnership with the Nursing Homes Medical Director and all the NP providers, to provide all business operations support including credentialing, payroll, data reporting, monthly site meeting coordination, project management, billing functions, business development and routine day to day operational tasks. This person functions as the site operations liaison employing an extensive set of non-clinical business skills and functions to assist and support the Site Leadership.

    HERE’S HOW YOU WOULD SUPPORT CIMPAR PROVIDERS:

    • Coordinates with the facility’s Medical Staff Office, CIMPAR Providers, and vendors to ensure all required credentialing documents are submitted in a timely manner for appropriate onboarding and re-credentialing.

    • Provides operational and executive support to Medical Directors.

    • Coordinates monthly Site Leadership and providers meeting scheduling and logistics including management of agenda, minutes, and presentations.

    • Functions as a key coordinator for site specific projects and multiple site collaborative.

    • Program development for Post-acute network at Loretto, West Suburban and Insight Chicago.

    • Works closely with the billing team in standardizing billing documents, ensuring compliance and monitoring quality metrics:

      • Compare billing sheets and patient list to ensure every patient is accounted for
      • Collect billing sheets from Hospitalist office
      • Make charge capture sheets for new admissions
      • Add any further billing to existing sheets
      • Check and sort through mail from Administration building every shift
      • Send charge capture sheets to the billing team.
    • Keep paperwork and physician boxes clean and organized

     

    KEY COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College graduate preferred.

    • 2-5 years of related experience preferred.

    • Ability to prioritize, work in stress environment.

    • Previous healthcare and medical terminology experience preferred.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).

    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing. (Spanish is helpful)

    • Self-directed, motivated, and sensitive to deadlines.

    • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills. Able to create positive environment, clearly understand client / customer relationships, and promotes CIMPAR’s positive image.
