  • Responsibilities

    Cinteot, Inc. is currently looking for a PART-TIME Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper candidate with a relevant background in accounting and business practices who will be directly supporting the internal management team with all accounting functions in the organization. 

    Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • employee time & expense review, 
    • accounts receivable, 
    • accounts payable, 
    • invoice and data entry, 
    • account and bank reconciliations, 
    • payroll and tax reconciliation and reporting, 
    • depreciation/amortization, 
    • processing accruals, 
    • and a basic familiarity with general accounting systems (special journals, etc.)
    • other basic essentials include attention to detail, ability to work individually and directly with coworkers, communication skills (both verbal and via email to coworkers/vendors/customers)
    • familiarity with government contract accounting and DCAA/DCMA is a big plus

    The candidate would be working under the current department manager.  This is a paid part-time position. Initial expectations are 10-15 hours per week.
