Japanese food production company is seeking a Vietnamese Bilingual Manufacturing Order Desk Clerk in San Jose, CA area.

WHAT WILL YOU DO : 

Accurate and timely data entry into Fishbowl is essential for xxx daily operations and accurate data analysis. Your primary role is to enter Manufacturing Orders in a timely manner and add new parts/products and BOMs into Fishbowl containing all the necessary information and conforming to company guidelines.

• Entering Manufacturing Orders into Fishbowl by 10:00 AM the following business day after products have been physically created by production.
• Creating and updating parts/products in Fishbowl with all the necessary details in accordance with company guidelines. Always confirm QuickBooks accounts with the accounting department.
• Management of Bill of Materials in Fishbowl
• Data analysis as needed.
• Reviewing monthly physical inventory data with inventory in Fishbowl and determining the cause of any discrepancies.
• Fixing IT-related issues. When unable to fix and the issue is outsourced, taking responsibility for dealing with that vendor.
• Reporting any issues to the manager.
• Being able to prioritize work.
• Implementing system improvements
• Management of Bill of Materials in Fishbowl
• Assisting with shipping discrepancies as necessary

WHAT WILL YOU BRING : 

• English / Vietnamese language skill
• Good with software and numbers (Fishbowl, QuickBooks, etc.)

WORKING HOUR :

9-5:30 / M-F
