    Role Overview:

    As an IT Solutions Professional, my primary focus will be to deliver top-tier IT support and guidance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    Managing and executing IT projects with a focus on efficiency and excellence.

    Providing expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

    Collaborating with the team to manage Helpdesk tickets as needed, ensuring prompt resolution.

    Being dispatched to the field to support our clients in addressing a wide range of IT issues.

    Leveraging your certifications and knowledge to implement best practices and enhance our clients' IT infrastructure, including security measures.

    Collaborating with the team to deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune for effective device management.

    Adhering to CIS and NIST standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' systems.

    Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies, leveraging your problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in running cables for businesses and ensuring proper low-voltage power systems.

    Significant experience in Office 365 administration, ensuring optimal client performance.

    Expertise in VOIP and broad voice systems for seamless communication solutions.

    Key Qualifications:

    Minimum of 4 years of proven IT experience.

    Certifications in CompTIA and Microsoft are preferred.

    Relevant certifications in cable installation and low-voltage power systems (list any certificates).

    A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.

    Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute to San Diego, CA.

    Eligible candidates are subject to background verification.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

    Adept at producing clear, concise, accurate documentation, notes, and reports.

    Qualifications in applying CIS and NIST standards in IT environments.

    Ability to work collaboratively with the team on Helpdesk tickets and to be dispatched to client locations as needed.

    Having reliable transportation and willing to drive up to 250 miles round trip if required.

    Preferred: Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM) for enhanced cybersecurity expertise.

    Preferred: Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to leverage cloud technologies.

    Preferred: Networking Expertise (Design, Configuration, Troubleshooting) for efficient network management.

    Preferred: Project Management Certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) to oversee projects effectively.

    Preferred: Problem-solving skills for addressing complex IT challenges.

    Preferred: Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Experience to ensure client readiness.

    Preferred: Advanced Troubleshooting Skills to resolve intricate technical issues.

    Preferred: Technical Writing Skills for precise documentation.
