We are a Boston and Seattle based entrepreneurial Private Equity firm and are looking to fill 1 to 2 internship positions with current students or recent graduates for the winter term. We are looking for interns who are available for at least 3 days (Monday - Friday) per week.

Primary responsibilities include industry research, company analysis, deal sourcing and assessment, and financial analysis. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain experience in an investment and operating environment, learn about research, sourcing methods, industry analysis, and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in the past (work experience, sports, school projects, etc), is motivated to pursue a career in business or finance, has previous work experience, and - most importantly - is eager to learn. You should be comfortable mastering Excel, communicating in a professional demeanor, have a get-it-done mentality, be a critical thinker and are not afraid to speak your mind. We are a small core team and frequent communication, feedback and suggestions for improvement are essential.

Due to the small size of our firm we won't be able to compensate the internship, but we will provide you with more responsibilities and exposure than you would get at a larger firm. You will gain hands-on research, industry/company analysis and financial modeling experience, learn new skills, and develop a fuller, more well-rounded business acumen. Where you take it from there is up to you – a career in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting or Operations. Additionally, you may receive a job offer at a portfolio company, or be offered to join our firm full-time.
