IT Business Analyst- Fort Wayne, IN
The logistics industry is one where a phone call is only valuable for 5-10 minutes if missed, sometimes much shorter. Therefore, it is important to connect prospects to the correct person efficiently. As the IT Business Analyst, you will be required to develop an intertwined system that is highly optimized for this purpose.
Responsibilities:
Process evaluation and optimization
Review existing software and processes used by members of the sales team to identify areas for improvement
Strong attention to details and analytical background Knowledgeable in root cause analysis and quality improvement
Develop metric based reporting
Work with the Sales organization to ensure reporting metrics, project scope, timelines, and effort estimates are accurate, and business requirements are met.
Build a robust phone system used for autodialing and connecting inbound callers using various software integrations
Gather requirements from senior leadership and implement ideas in a fast paced environment
Maintain internal application used by agents for business workflows
Works jointly with other IT Managers to create detailed project work plans for software development and enhancement projects.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years related business experience required
Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred (business, technology)
Experience building API Integrations
Experience with VOIP Systems
Experience with ERP and CRM solutions, specifically Hubspot
HubSpot expert, backend developer and super-user a plus
Sales experience a plus
Understanding of IT Systems
Excellent teamwork skills
Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
Experience with project management and process improvement.
