You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that designs and implements logistics operations that efficiently run shipments around the North America for major well-known clients.This position is a support to transportation with dispatch area, lead training, and to meet and maintain production standards position. Work within the department and many areas of the organization, but not limited to; logistics, corporate, vendors, dispatch, and drivers to maintain company standards and customer service. Handle daily functions, issues, and projects in the office under the direction of, and in the absence of, the Transportation Supervisor.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    Audit e-logs and help drivers with e-log issues.

    Oversee and coordinate driver employee status reports. Distribute monthly driver qualification status reports and reminders to drivers of upcoming expirations so they can remain qualified as prescribed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation.

    Handle phone calls from personnel, vendors, and other partnerships regarding service issues & special requests.

    Work with Corporate Fleet manager, with trailer inventory, utilization, tractor replacement, trailer non-movement reporting, and trailer tracking.

    Work with other departments within the facility to achieve and maintain overall production standards.

    Ensure compliance with Circle Logistics Inc.,in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.

    Any other duties assigned by leadership

    Preferred Qualification:

    Familiarity/experience in a transportation environment

    Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations along with Transportation Logistics

    College degree or equivalent work experience and/or training in the transportation industry

    Skills/Abilities:

    Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills

    Ability to meet production standards set by the company.

    Ability to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks.

    Highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast paced environment

    Able to use personal computer for data entry and research purposes
