    We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. This person will be providing support to the entire office and is a key player in the day-to-day operations of Circle Logistics. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys speaking with people, problem-solving and taking on projects. This is a great opportunity to take on a role where no day is the same, in a fast-growing company with room for growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise the front office reception area

    Treat all visitors with utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism

    Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies and order new supplies as needed

    Oversee conference room schedules, meetings and catering lunches as needed

    Assist with office events planning and execution

    Responsible for maintaining a clean office environment throughout the day

    Assist with computer, phone, and desk set up for new hires

    Assist with data entry, research, and data gathering

    Assist with various office projects as applicable

    Other duties as assigned

    Experience and Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    At least 18 years of age

    Ability to multitask

    Ability to take on extraneous projects

    Effective communication skills

    Team player

    Benefits:
