    You are working with an Entrepreneur who owns 6 different businesses in the Real Estate industry. The position you are applying for is to run the day-to-day sales, operations, and the overall growth of his real estate practice. Scott has helped people buy, sell and invest in real estate since 2002. On average, we help 35 to 50 families per year with a sales revenue of around $40M. The major difference between this career opportunity versus the others on the job board is you are walking into an existing 20-year real estate business with over 1,000 past clients. Yes, we will still prospect for a new business but this does not include cold calling, door knocking, or flier drops. Simply, we succeed through our existing relationships with people who like us, appreciate us, and support us. In doing so, we deliver value to them and thank them for their referrals by taking them out to lunch, delivering gifts, and inviting them to our quarterly parties. So if you have a creative side and you enjoy throwing parties, this is an added bonus. Our phone calls are to invite them to FUN parties that you planned rather than making cold calls and asking if they are looking to sell, buy or invest in real estate. HUGE difference.  You will earn the right to become an extension of Scott, as the lead agent. You will assist Scott’s clientele with the purchase and sale of their real estate investments. In addition, you will be responsible to throw 3 to 4 client appreciation parties per year. This will ensure that we stay top of mind to continue to grow our referral business. In doing so we will grow year over year by 10%. The beautiful advantage is you will get to include your sphere of influence in all of the marketing that Scott provides for his own friends and family. This will help launch your opportunities to be in a position to work with your friends and family.  You will learn what it takes to run a profitable, predictable, and scalable real estate business.  By the way, we are surrounded by support to execute and help carry out your vision. You will need to roll up your sleeves and help when needed but you will have a lot of support. So if you are an amazing person with exceptional communication skills you will have the support team right by your side eager to help. Responsibilities: Weekly standards: • Script practice M,W,F, 8:30 - 9:00 A.M. • Office meeting or Inner Circle (mastermind) every Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. • 12 contacts per day and/or 60 contacts per week • Report your numbers daily in the accountability group everyday by 6:00 P.M.  • Participate in Book Club • Two open houses per month  • Document your journey on Instagram stories every day • Minimum 3 reels per week: Market update, interest rates, the economy, value ads to sellers or buyers, success stories, home tours, etc. Qualifications: Ideal candidate: • You have full control over your time • 100% support from your internal support system (family and friends) • 6 months of reserves towards your cost of living • Willing and able to be available 24/7 • Able to suit up and be ready to jump in your car to go on the appointment within 45 min.  • Coachable and READY to be held accountable to standards and goals • Growth and Self-Improvement fuel you • Track record of commitment and success in work, school, sports, music, dance, etc. • Licensed within the last 2 years and or transacted at least 5 escrows • Entertain newly licensed agents if you have a stellar track record of commitment in another field • Understand this is equivalent to getting your masters in real estate in 12 months.  Other notables: • Must have 100 contacts to include name, address, phone, and email from your sphere. • You will get to a mastery level on scripts, dialogues, contracts, and disclosures.  • You will apply, run and manage our 62-touch system in our sphere of influence.  • You will coordinate our quarterly client appreciation parties.  • You will help identify, implement and manage our pop-bys and monthly items of value.  • Create/revise our buyer and seller marketing packages. • Create/revise our pre-listing package, listing presentation, contract to close, and post-closing checklist. • Preview 50 homes within the first 14 days. Provide feedback for each.  • Attend all buyer consultations on zoom or in person. • Attend all listing appointments in person.
