WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join us in our Oakland headquarters office. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION? The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Associate to support the company's marketing and business development efforts through completion of administrative and logistical needs.
The Marketing Assistant helps maintain the CRM database, respond to subconsultant RFI's from prime teaming partners, coordinate with teaming partners to provide/acquire necessary materials, complete proposal forms, award application, and certification/recertification materials, schedule meetings, manage production of proposals and marketing materials, update company social media content and website information.
