    WHO WE ARE:

Since 2015, we have been on a mission to transform the way people find, choose, and  participate in clinical research by building one of the largest integrated research  organizations in the U.S and by creating our award-winning technology TrialJourney, the first  ever patient ratings and review platform for clinical trials. Our technology isn’t the only award  winner! As a winner of the 2020 Best Places to Work contest by the Buffalo Business First  periodical, we work hard to make sure our culture is focused on transparency,  accountability, performance, and continuous learning - because just as we are obsessed  with the patient experience in clinical trials, we are equally obsessed with the employee  experience.

    WHAT WE OFFER:

We are proud to offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and an environment focused  on helping you grow personally and professionally through continuous learning and  mentoring.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking a creative and visionary graphic designer to join our new Marketing team! As our first graphic designer, you will work alongside our growing team of digital marketers, including marketing director, copy-writer, SEO & SEM expertise, and a UI/UX developer to deliver the brand and visuals for our company and service lines. You will create images, text, and visuals for a variety of audiences - patients, healthcare organizations, doctors, technology partners, and pharmaceutical companies. You’ll leverage your artistic talent with your mastery of technologies to help us relaunch one of our existing products, provide a fresh look to our company website, develop the brand and visual identity for each of our products & service lines, and retain visitors to our patient engagement platform, TrialScout. You’ll be in a high-profile and highly visible position in the company - core to this role is creating the advertisements for recruiting patients into our clinical trials - without patients, there are no clinical trials. You’ll work collaboratively with team-members and leadership to help translate their goals and ideas into unique design concepts, in ways the clinical research industry has never seen before. You have excellent time management skills in order to deliver on a variety of initiatives serving multiple audiences, and your vision and enthusiasm for design is obvious. This is a critical position as we enter a high growth period and expand our footprint regionally and then nationally, and reach an exponentially growing audience.

    YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Working cross-functionally to develop the brand, voice, and visual assets for the company as a whole and all of our products and services

    • Developing the style, brand, and visual content for our newest product to be reintroduced into the market

    • Developing and executing advertising campaigns for our awarded clinical research projects - successfully enrolling patients into clinical trials is often regarded as the greatest bottleneck in the entire clinical research process

    • Designing product advertisements, customer newsletters, websites, annual reports, artwork, brochures, sales decks, one-pagers, white papers, logos, signs, stickers, web pages and other branding and communication materials

    • Collaborating with creative staff to formulate and pitch concepts to internal stakeholders

    • Multitasking on multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and staying within budget

    • Maintaining extreme attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

    • Exuding confidence in communicating with others about your creations, as well as assertiveness in holding others accountable to agreed upon branding and styling

    • Maintaining open-mindedness and a willingness to accept feedback and make changes to designs

    • Demonstrating a constant passion for learning and growth by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices, innovation, technologies, programs, and strategies for all graphic design efforts
