Job Description

We are ramping up our marketing team for additional growth and are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take responsibility for our inbound marketing content. This person will play an integral role in expanding Cireson’s digital footprint, brand awareness and lead volume. The Content Marketing Manager role is expected to be a data-driven content creator with experience in planning and creating impactful digital content in a highly collaborative company culture. In this role, you will be working alongside our Marketing Coordinator to develop, execute and measure a content marketing strategy that increases audience reach and drives high volume prospect conversion. We are looking for a high energy self-starter that will wake up every day with a passion for turning compelling content into converted prospects. Significant organizational and communication skills in a remote environment will be key to success. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer with SEO experience, a background in digital content marketing and a proven track record of achieving KPI targets

Qualifications

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in a content marketing role, preferably content writing. •    Experience balancing effort on weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines set by project manager. •    A data-driven, goal-oriented self-starter with exceptional writing and time management skills. •    An agile team-player that can reprioritize effort and pivot creative focus when needed. •    An editorial mindset with an ability to grow an audience and stay ahead of them. •    Hands on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and web traffic metrics. •    Proficient in WordPress, Google Ads and all major social platforms. •    Experience constructing integrated campaigns based on multi-functional assets. •    Comfortable with marketing technology and learning new platforms. •    Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a similar field. •    A well-developed sense of humor.
