We are seeking a CSR Call Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 9:00 am – 2:15pm

9:00am - 5:30pm

12:30 pm – 5:30 pm 2:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday through Saturday; 8:00 am – 12:pm

Work at home and in office opportunities available!!!* When at home we provide all equipment needed. We are seeking experienced and entry level Retention Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Come join our team in our beautiful new office located in the North Phoenix Norterra area. I-17 and Pinnacle Peak. Super convenient bus route and stop located right outside the front door! We do daily health checks and our office is also equipped with “Health Pro Plus Hyper HEPA Air Filtration System” to ensure a healthy work environment for everyone’s safety!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Call today and start as soon as tomorrow. Paid training at $12.15 per hour. Advancement opportunities are also available. We have Full time or Part time positions available with flexible hours. Hourly minimum guaranteed, or commission, whichever is higher. What you make is up to you!

Additional Information: Payday is every Wednesday. Monday through Friday are required work days. Saturdays are optional. Our current staff is averaging $13 to OVER $23.00 an hour. • Paid sick time available after 90 days. • Eligible for health, vision and dental insurance after one year.
