    Job Description

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

    The primary objectives of this role are to drive new life sciences revenue in the West Coast and Boston (revenue targets to be determined). The activities include identifying prospective clients, leveraging past relationships to introduce FluidEdge Life Sciences to prospective clients, organizing client meetings, effectively conveying value proposition, and helping to manage a variety of new and existing client relationships.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Prospect for new clients and sales leads, and perform sales follow-up
    2. Create, update and maintain a repository of sales information
    3. Update and maintain a repository of client related information including client summary, project summary, etc.
    4. Draft high quality and professional marketing materials (including white papers) and sales related presentations
    5. Interface with recruiting to help staff engagement with high quality resources
    6. Monitor and update the FluidEdge Life Sciences website with current information and designs
    7. RFP Liaison/Owner; completing all RFP responses enterprise wide
    8. Research new and existing clients, state-specific and key industry trends and initiatives, etc.
    9. Lead marketing and branding support initiatives (conferences, newsletters, social media, etc.)
    10. Assist with onboarding materials, including documenting info about company, logistics, stakeholders, current projects, etc.
    11. Maintain and generate bi-weekly sales activity report for presentation at executive sales meeting
    12. Travel as necessary

    KEY COMPETENCIES

    The following competencies are required to fulfill the role:

    1. In-depth knowledge of the commercial pharmaceutical industry, ideally with experience in more than one functional area including (but not limited to): commercial operations, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing, sales force effectiveness, sales force automation, commercial operations, Commercial IT, sales, product management, in line marketing, global marketing, new product planning, development program management, regulatory review process, and closed loop marketing.
    2. Strong understanding or experience working in a Management Consulting environment
    3. Ability to scale, participate, interact, project confidence and engage the various organizational levels
    4. Strong research, documentation and presentation capabilities
    5. Produce complex material in to some consumable format
    6. Professional demeanor, appearance and articulation
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
