    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    CitiusTech sales and delivery organization are organized around key strategic markets - Medical Technologies Market (HMT), Provider Market (HPR), Pharma & Life Sciences Market (HLS) and Payer/Health Plan Market (HHP).

    The Sales Account Manager will be part of the Healthcare Provider Market (HPR) team at CitiusTech.

    QUALIFICATION.

    • Minimum 8-10 years of quota carrying software sales and strategic account management experience in a consultative sales environment
    • Experience with history of engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of solutions at C-level
    • Ability to work with internal technical architects/ leads, practice leads and customer stakeholders to define solutions & proposals
    • Healthcare domain knowledge (preferably Provider focused)
    • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage client relationships - including onsite review meetings with client stakeholders
    • Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account
    • Facilitate project definition, requirement gathering, design, architecture, etc. for delivery teams
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for given account
    • Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
    • Visit clients onsite to present solutions & get approvals
    • Participate in contract discussions / negotiations
    • Participate in trade shows / conferences
    • Participate in joint sales activities with clients and their customers

    OTHER AREAS OF PARTICIPATION

    • Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities
    • Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling
    • Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
    • Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth
    • Build and nurture relationships within the accounts
