    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develops, maintains, and enhances applications.
    • Works directly with users, gathering requirements, creating documentation, developing solutions, and supporting user testing.
    • Analyzes business and functional requirements, architecture, and hardware limitations and implements technology to fulfill the requirements.
    • Designs graphical user interfaces (GUI) that are user-friendly and intuitive.
    • Performs software development activities such as design, construction, debugging, testing, component integration, and maintenance using best practices and techniques, specifications, relevant standards, and tools.
    • Profiles, analyzes, optimizes, and enhances software to improve operating time, efficiency, or functionality.
    • Develops and executes test plans, scenarios and cases.
    • Creates or updates technical documentation (detailed specifications, design documents, implementation or operations guides, architecture diagrams, flowcharts, charts, comments, and code).
    • Ensures work products and deliverables meet software development, quality assurance, infrastructure, data integrity, security, and privacy standards and BOA/TO requirements.
    • Identifies, reports, researches, recreates, troubleshoots, and provides client support for software/ system issues.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications include:

    • Five (5) or more years of experience developing and implementing applications.
    • Five (5) or more years of experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Visual Studio, C#, Visual Basic, or other similar software to create applications for clients.
    • Experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
    • Experience working on Rapid Application Development (RAD) and using agile principles.
    • Experience analyzing and resolving technical issues relating to system architecture.
    • Experience providing technical guidance to clients.
    • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Clearance Requirement:

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Must have a public trust clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
