Citizen Pilates is looking for 2 sales driven individuals to join our Client Service & Sales Team!

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL HOURS ON:

• SATURDAYS 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• SUNDAYS 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• MONDAY - FRIDAY AFTERNOONS 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive sales through client engagement

Properly connect clients to products 

Active interest in adopting our retail product guide

Interest in retail merchandising 

Must have worked in a quota bearing structure

Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns with a can-do attitude

Follows up and follows through with all prospective clients

Reports to Managing Director

Works in partnership with Operations Director

Dominates client service skills

Welcomes public speaking with a genuine, outgoing personality; enjoys social interaction

Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions

Expert time management skills

Proficient computer and mobile device skills

Uphold Citizen cleanliness standards:

• Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of reformers, props, floors and mirrors
• Common area cleaning, including front desk, retail shelves, and breakroom 
• Bathroom and changing room tidying up

Professional and personal confidence

Ability to collaborate with team and management

Have personal, reliable transportation 

Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20 lbs

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

• $13.00 per hour
• Tiered commission on all retail sales - ability to earn up $16 - $17/hour
• Currently offering 15 - 18 hours per week, including weekend shifts
