Part-Time Online for Business Specialist
This position will provide technical support to our Online for Business corporate customers. It will be critical to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Management products & services, bank policies and procedures, functionality of bank software systems and applicable industry regulations in order to provide exceptional customer service.
This position will be located in Bluffton at our Operations Center. Hours for this position will be approximately 27.5 hours per week and flexibility is required.
Required Skills
Must possess a results-driven demeanor with exemplary planning and organizational skills. Must ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Stellar verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Minimum of an Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field; 2-5 years of experience in a financial institution or customer service position; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office; demonstrated proficiency with electronic banking products and services a plus. Must embrace current and future technology.
