  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our fun, fast-paced, Finance team and assist with various Accounts Payable responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong organizational skills and is able to work independently or with a team to manage multiple projects. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Print out vendor invoices daily.
    • Voucher invoices timely and accurately into ERP System (estimated ~150-200/wk).
    • Manage and organize electronic AP inbox and incoming mail.
    • Match and code invoices appropriately.
    • Work closely with various departments to research discrepancies/get approvals.
    • Communicate with vendors daily.
    • Organize and retain accounting documents and records.
    • Maintain vendor files.
    • Pull support for ACH/check/wire payments.
    • Prepare supporting documents for monthly accruals.
    • Assist with audit requests, as needed.
    • Ad hoc projects, as needed.

     

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 2-year degree in Accounting/Business discipline preferred, but not required.
    • 2-5 years of AP experience preferred, but not required.
    • Must have experience working in a professional office environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
    • Highest degree of ethics and integrity.
    • Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills are required.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Masters degree or higher in a Healthcare related field required
    • Minimum of four (4) years of TBI Clinical, Research, or Policy experience required
    • Experience in DoD/military/VA health settings preferred.
    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Must be available to travel locally, regionally and nationally.
