    We are looking for a Marketing Director to take ownership of all marketing, advertising, and PR for the City Block Team. This job has both administrative and creative components and will require a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented person who can handle distractions and being pulled in many directions and still get the job done. You will need to shift gears and take ownership of multiple projects. The more you can handle effectively and efficiently, the more responsibility and autonomy you will have. Responsibilities: Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • Creative and quality control of all marketing materials, print, ads, mailer, online, etc. Will create and/or revise the content of all marketing • Evaluate and administer marketing spends, ROI, etc. for all online and print mailer spends. • Overall responsibility for maintaining and furthering the team brand • Create and send weekly email • Create and maintain a consistent and effective online and print marketing message • Managing the CRM, including creating, improving, and maintaining drip marketing campaigns Qualifications: Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Excellent writing skills • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
