You should be very comfortable speaking over the phone, have good computer literacy, and possess some knowledge of different kinds of sales and brand marketing approaches and the ability to learn the specific strategy our company employs. Previous experience at a call center as a customer service or relations specialist is also important but not necessary as we will train. Strong communication skills are also crucial. We offer a Breakfast bar, Drink bar, Energy drinks, Snack Bar , we also gave a Brand new Oculus ... We are now giving a 2 day vacation away.
