    Job Description

    Location:  Miami, FL " Downtown"

    The selected candidate works with and supports the Chief Compensation Officer (CCO) on compensation strategies.

    Assists the Payroll Officer with various tasks. Cross-trained in Benefits functions.

    Ensures that managers approve time cards and request for time off are processed in a timely manner.

    Provides coordination and support in areas of wage and salary administration, KPIs, audits and reporting.

    Analyzes data, information and statistics for compensation.

    Coordinates and facilitates implementation of corporate-level compensation programs and initiatives.

    Conducts equity reviews and job analyses and FLSA analysis.

    Provides Assistance with the Annual and Merit review process; assist with budgeting merit wage.

    Researches, compiles and prepares analyses of external compensation survey data.

    Responds to incoming verification of employment on existing and terminated employees.

    Works with employees and managers on benefit and payroll related questions.

    Administration of employee transportation program; Metrorail, building parking, etc.

    Process Unemployment Claims.

    Prepares and disseminates information for Compensation Committees and Officer Elections.

    Creates adhoc Business Intelligence and other reports as needed.

    Provides support to employees, Managers and also perform other HR administrative duties, as needed.

    Provides assistance with the Performance Management process and system.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    BA in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics and or Business Administration

    3-5 experience in Human Resources.

    Strong Data Analytics skills

    Must be proficient with (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Knowledge of Smarsheet

    Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing best-in-class client service.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external client.

    Must have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.•
