    Overview: The Regional Program Supervisor is responsible for oversight and supervision of our Multi-Disciplinary Response Team in Orange County, ensuring quality of customer service and data collection. The MDRT responds to 9-1-1 and community calls for service for people experiencing homelessness and mental health concerns.The program is comprised of multi-disciplinary care teams made of up Social Workers, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Collaborative Case Managers, Psych Techs, and other professionals offering care and service coordination in partnership with other nonprofits, County and City entities, law enforcement, behavioral health services, and medical providers to ensure clients receive the help they need. These services are provided in collaboration with our partners with the intention of assisting clients with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing as quickly as possible.

    The MDRT Supervisor's role is to ensure the execution and completion of administrative tasks while assisting staff with processing difficult cases in the field, encouraging unity within the team, and helping staff grow and develop according to organizationally established goals for their positions. They are also responsible for supervising the delivery of all MDRT services in their assigned region(s), including scheduling and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with City Net’s contracts and other requirements.

    Requirements

    Upbeat passion for ending homelessness

    Minimum of three (3) years of case management experience with people affected by homelessness

    Minimum of one (3) years of supervisory experience

    City Net seeks supervisors who have an overall Servant Leadership philosophy (and use authoritative, participative, transformational/coaching, delegative, and transactional styles as needed). We do not seek leaders with Autocratic or Laissez-faire styles.

    Proven success and enjoyment in cultivating and maintaining productive, professional relationships with clients, partner agency representatives, and coworkers

    Experience gathering and maintaining confidential client records, including intake paperwork, case notes, and client management system data entry.

    Strong interpersonal, plan execution, and time management skills

    Professional verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work as a leader and as part of a team

    Proficient, efficient, and confident PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills

    Ability to accomplish goals and produce valuable results with minimal supervision

    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and strategic thinking and continuing to meet or exceed goals

    Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of experience

    Ability to inspire, train, motivate, challenge, and coordinate others

    This position may involve variable scheduling including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. For example, there may be an early morning shift once per week, or a weekly evening outreach. Must be available for this type of variable schedule.

    May be required to drive a company vehicle to transport clients. For insurance purposes, drivers must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid CA Drivers License, and must pass a Motor Vehicle Report.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer

    Proof of vaccination or weekly testing required. All City Net employees working in California are required by the California State Public Health Officer Order of July 26, 2021 to either be fully vaccinated or to submit proof of weekly testing for COVID-19.

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
