Human Resources Representative - Saturday-Wednesday 7am-3:30pm

City Net operates 24/7/365 and we are seeking an HR Representative to provide support Saturday through Wednesday from 7:00am-3:30pm (Thursdays and Fridays off). Candidates who are not available for this shift will not be considered.
Position Overview: City Net's Human Resources Representatives are responsible for promoting a positive workplace culture and helping the organization mitigate employment-related risks while providing general and administrative support to all functions of City Net’s Human Resources Team.
The starting wage for this position is dependent on education, experience, and market factors:
Minimum: $24.00 per hour, grossMaximum: $26.00 per hour, gross
This is a nonexempt (hourly) position.

Position Specifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of California-specific HR work
Minimum one (1) year of HR work in a nonprofit setting
Proven history of meeting or exceeding challenging goals
Basic understanding of and/or familiarity with resources regarding national and California-specific HR regulations and best practices, particularly in nonprofit organizations and organizations with over 50 employees
Excellent sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
A warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor
Excellent professional boundaries
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills
Experience and enjoyment with prioritizing diverse tasks and ensuring that all are completed well and on time

Preferred Qualifications
Professional Certification from the HR Certification Institute or the Society for Human Resource Management (HRCI-SPHR®, HRCI-PHRca®, SHRM-CP®, or SHRM-SCP®) or a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
