The corporate offices of City Wide City Facility Solutions is actively searching for an Accounting & Collections Support Specialist to join the accounting team. Primary Responsibilities:

Following up with customers on account collections, with the goal of establishing payment terms while preserving client relations

Enter notes for customer collections

Maintaining collections goals as set by the management team

Entering invoices for bill payment and cut checks

Answer questions and effectively communicate with vendors, clients

Other accounting duties, as needed

Periodically review accounting policies and procedures and recommend improvements where needed.

Accountability - While all of these traits are very important to our organization, accountability is a must to ensure that we maintain transparent communications, while solving problems quickly.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or work equivalent.

1-2 years experience in a similar accounting and collections role

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
