  • Responsibilities

    Objective

    The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for recording timely and accurate financial transactions for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Account Reconciliation, and Financials Statements.

    Essential functions

    Daily Customer Invoicing

    Account collections and customer service

    Vendor management including credit cards, insurance, facilities, and supply houses

    Payroll management and processing

    Facilitate cash management

    Contract management, setup and monthly billing

    Independent contractor management, setup, and monthly payments

    Ensure accuracy of financial records – reconciling all balance sheet accounts monthly.

    Create reports and financial statements, explain to management variances.

    Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements (ie sales tax)

    Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

    Position Requirements

    Associates Degree or greater in Accounting, Business or Finance or work equivalent.

    Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.

    Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.

    Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

    Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

    Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

    Outlook Excel, automated accounting software experience required.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include – lift up to 25 lbs, speaking on the phone, and working on a PC.
