Accounting Support Specialist
We're hiring! We are in need of an Accounting Support Specialist to join our growing team. Essential functions include: Processing monthly customer contract billing and invoices service calls daily. Other responsibilities include:
Manage Vendor payables
Entering new customer accounts in the system
Entering daily cash receipts
Assisting with annual audits
Assisting with Accounts Receivables
Maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders and external auditors
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree preferred or minimum of 3 years accounting experience
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Proficient Computer knowledge
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
