    Seeking a Quality Control Building Night Manager to join our Operations team as part of a growing, pandemic proof, locally owned commercial building maintenance management company.

    City Wide Facility Solutions (Metro New Jersey) is seeking a manager to oversee service work quality in multiple buildings in a territory, manage multiple service providers, and work with the account manager on resolving customer issues.

    As a City Wide Quality Control Building Night Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with contractors and service providers, communicate with the account manager any issues that need immediate attention, make recommendations of service providers for work assignments, and inspect buildings. In the buildings you oversee, you will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, managing, and maintaining records and inventories as well as insuring service providers are properly and consistently executing contracted Scope of Work with quality service. Also responsible to perform maintenance activities from time to time.

    Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented

    Previous building, facility or service management experience a plus

    Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

    Requirements:

    Candidate must have your own reliable vehicle (Mileage reimbursed)

    Prompt, regular attendance

    Service hours generally between 4:30 PM and 12:30 AM

    Some weekend work available

    6 months of related experience and/or training

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and procedure manuals

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, along with photo gathering

    Ability to communicate and motivate in a positive manner regarding quality control and corrective action

    Issue / complaint / conflict resolution and communication skills

    Handyman skills a plus

    High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

    Solid understanding of basic business math

    Strong MS Office experience

    Compensation: up to $16.00-$18.00 per hour based upon experience with additional opportunities available
