City Wide of Jacksonville, FL is actively searching for an entry-level Accounting Assistant to join the accounting team. The Accounting Assistant is a hard-working professional who enjoys working in a team, supporting others, and solving problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides accounting support to the Operations team

Invoices customers for extra charges outside of their monthly contract.

Ensure accuracy of data entry

Additional Responsibilities:

Responsible for some internal financial reporting.

Assist the Controller as needed on various projects.

Requirements:

Minimum - High school Diploma.

Associate's Degree is a plus.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
