  • Responsibilities

    A growing South Baltimore company is in need of a Bookkeeper with a

    minimum of two (2) years of proven working knowledge of Accounts

    Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Reconciliations. Must

    be proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet.

    QuickBooks experience is required.

    Duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit

    card reconciliations, general ledger entries, job costing, time &

    attendance, payroll and other duties as assigned.

    Must be dependable, detail oriented, possess a high level of accuracy and

    have the ability to work within a team environment. Ability to converse

    professionally and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and

    business associates. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to

    5:00 pm.
