    GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB : This position is full-time. The Administrative Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring programming excellence and maintaining the administrative workflow across the Elocin Global Logistics Training Division locations. Specifically, this person will provide administrative and operational support for the efficient implementation of programmatic activities to the participants of the EGLTD. This position will be responsible for providing operational and fiscal support, implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and executing projects as assigned. This position directly reports to the Director, of Workforce Develop & Operations and works closely with the Program Manager while working with all members of the Instruction & Training teams.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Functions

    • Serves as the liaison between the Elocin Global Logistics Administrative HQ office and the Elocin Global Logistics Training Division locations for program participants, staff and leadership.

    • Conducts administrative reviews of programming data to ensure accuracy of completion and consistency of reporting. Communicate discrepancies to Operations and Program leads.

    • Conducts initial screenings of applicants to the EGLTD programs.

    • Interprets and explains information such as eligibility requirements, application details, payment methods, and applicants' legal rights.

    • Tracks daily, weekly and monthly attendance of program participants as assigned.

    • Receives and makes phone calls related to the program attendance.

    • Completes intake paperwork for the training program applicants.

    • Keeps records of assigned training cohorts and prepare all required reports.

    • Timely entry of participant records into the electronic data management system (EGLCRM)

    • Tracks supportive services referrals and the referral source (which are EGLTD's community partners) for program participants to assure that the barriers to employment have ben removed and outcomes will lead to increased self-advocacy, self-sufficiency, community integration and gainful employment.

    • Enters all relative and pertinent partnership documentation into EGLTD's CRM which is the Electronic Data Management system.

    • Provides daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and final training program performance reporting based on contractual, grant, proposal and or compliance requirements.

    • Participates in all staff meetings to provide real time updates on tasks, responsibilities, and system updates.

    • Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Secondary Duties

    • Completes special projects as needed.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
