We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Cashiers.

Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Accurately process customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure orders are correctly entered into the system and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the counter, register, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with packaging orders for takeout or delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for all customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
• Uphold BK Lobster's standards for food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with using a POS system is a plus.
