Join our team at the NEW Blue Surf Bay Waterpark in Blue Springs, Missouri. This state-of-the-art aquatic complex offers competitive pay and the opportunity to be a key part of an enthusiastic and fun team.

Lifeguards ensure the safety of all visitors and staff. Individuals serving in this position are responsible for enforcing all rules and regulations of the facility as well as responding to all emergency situations that may arise in the aquatic environment including pools, slides, lazy river and surf simulator.

Pay for the Lifeguard position begins at $15.00 per hour. ** Paid Training and Certification will be provided at ** no cost to the employee.****

• Various Shifts Available
• Must be 15 years of age or older by May 1, 2024
• We are seeking positive and energetic team players that possess a great attitude.
• Once an offer of employment is made, you'll be scheduled for PAID training that will include Lifeguard Certification, First Aid and CPR.
• Strong communication and customer service skills along with the ability to work with individuals of all ages.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions is required
• Ability to maintain good physical condition and maintain professional skills of alertness, responsible, good judgment, and customer service.
• Background check and drug test is required
