With offices in Oakland, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Boston, CityLift Parking is a rapidly growing company that designs, installs and services automated parking lifts that save space and reduce the cost of building parking.  Started in 2015 in the US, CityLift Parking leverages over 30 years of experience from its exclusive manufacturing partner, who has built over 60,000 parking spaces in the past 13 years.  We produce a range of proven, reliable automated parking lift products that can be customized to meet most parking challenges. 

ROLE DESCRIPTION

LOCATION:            Dallas, TX

TITLE:                    Business Development Representative

START DATE:          Immediate      

ROLE OBJECTIVES

•Achieve prospect outreach and SGL/SAL targets

•Achieve inbound lead conversion targets for conversion to closed-won deals (MQL/SAL)

•Become and remain an authority and voice of our offering

•Become an expert researcher of prospective targets

•Identify sales process improvement and go to market insights from outreach and customer interaction

DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects

•Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage decision-makers for next steps

•Field inbound marketing-sourced leads

•Work directly with sales account executives to pass qualified leads

•Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

•Identify prospects’ needs and initiate values-based sales process used across the entire funnel by CityLift marketing and sales teammates

•Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market via the internet and phone research using social sites, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, association data, and other outreach tools

•Report to sales leader with daily, weekly, monthly results

•Manage and maintain accurate detailed sales notes within Salesforce

•Achieve daily outreach and other performance metrics to ensure target attainment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, selling over the phone to senior executives

•A history of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

•Proven consultative-selling skills and buyer needs identification

•Minimum 2 years’ proven performance in Sales Development Role (SDR/MDR/BDR)

•Strong communication skills via phone and email

• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

•Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

•Proficient use of Salesforce or other leading CRM

•Experience prospecting within database software apps such as Zoom Info/D&B

•Experience with outreach and planning tools such as SalesLoft /Outreach.io/Gong/Calendly/similar

•Attractive Base + Bonus compensation
