Responsibilities: • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Qualifications: • Familiar with online job posting tools • Bachelor’s degree required • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Strong organizational skills and time management skills Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
