    We are looking for a talented, hard-working Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, an enthusiasm for success, and a passion for helping people. You will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking to buy or sell property in the area. The successful applicant will be responsible for prospecting for and acquiring new customers from a variety of sources, obtaining and processing customer information, setting appointments with qualified leads for Listing and/or Buyer Specialists, and managing leads in our customer database system. You must have the drive to not only achieve but exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary • Passionate about selling • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Decisive and proactive • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus • Highest level of integrity and respect for others • Proven leadership and motivational skills Compensation: $60,000+ at plan yearly
