    We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Director of Operations.

    Major Duties:

    • Manage daily operations, including tracking and responding to operational capacity, workflows, work volume, and project tracking
    • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
    • Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for revenue, operational performance, and profitability
    • Work with Finance Department
      • Update and continually evolve reporting to meet standards and drive insight through data
      • Understand regulatory and insurance requirements for the business for both national and international requirements
      • Review and update as necessary tools, processes and workflows
      • Lead initiatives to provide deeper tracking of financial metrics to business needs, present and future
    • Handle day to day Human Resources
      • Track employee timecards, PTO usage and requests through the approval process
      • Process payroll and benefits administration
      • Creating / Updating SOP’s
      • Employee Onboarding
      • Regulations/Insurance
      • Employee training and onboarding
      • Employee document compliance
    • Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other lean initiatives to enable the company to meet and exceed business plans
    • Support finance manager with procurement, asset management, company, and operational budgeting
    • Project management: task tracking, contract management, opportunity management, deliverable tracking, sales tracking and project closeout
    • Set strategic process improvement initiatives that drive year-over-year improvement, implement action plans to set project goals, and ensure all goals are effectively met
    • Implementation and change management
      • Set up and manage office workflows
    • People management
      • Manage the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, review, and conducting interviews
      • Write and administer employee reviews and raises
      • Create employee incentives, team building exercises, etc.
      • Create and set up new employee accounts on various platforms as required.
    • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
    • Manage ownership directed priorities
      • Liaison between ownership and employees
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
    • General problem solving for the staff: IT issues, office issues, etc.
    • Other duties as requested

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management
    • Prior experience in Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll
    • Prior experience in Financial background
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in business, business management, finance, or similar
    • Strong management and communication skills
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Slack and MacOS
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem solve independently
    • Strong work ethic and a willingness to grow with our quickly expanding company
