    WE ARE SEEKING A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, proposals and responding to calls and emails

    · Assist the Operations Director with Benefits Administration, 401K, health insurance, life insurance, etc.

    · Keep up to date on state and federal labor law changes

    · Request Insurance COI’s

    · Assist with insurance policy documents, renewals, applications and audits

    · Review AP & AR to make collections calls / emails

    · Send invoices to clients

    · Employee and contractor document compliance

    · Record employee communications, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to the Operations Director

    · Maintaining employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information as needed

    · Filing, sending and editing client reports

    · Attend client meetings and maintain meeting minutes

    · Assists the Operations Director on Human Resource management, research employment laws, human resource policies and communicating to employees

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

    · 2-3 years of Human Resources experience

    · Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

    · Ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve independently

    · Bachelor’s degree required

    · A strong command of the English language with emphasis on proper e-mail and phone etiquette

    · Strong work ethic and a willingness to grow with our quickly-expanding company

    · Basic customer service skills

    · Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines

    BONUS ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

    · Familiarity with Slack, Dropbox, Scoro, Airtable and MacOS
