Job Description

Colorado’s top mortgage banker, Citywide Home Loans, is looking for a bilingual assistant to a team of Loan Officer’s to join our busy and fast paced team. Individual must be computer savvy. Must be able to pick up new software without breaking a sweat. Individual must have some experience in a professional office and/or mortgage lending experience.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing new files from time of contract through closing

• Setting up and directly submitting new files to underwriting

• Liaison between borrower and operations and ensuring on time closing and completed satisfaction of all borrowers and referral partners in ACH transaction

• Own each file from contract to closing

Applicant Requirements:

• Individual must be a self-starter, highly organized, an efficient multi-tasker and must have great people skills.

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.

• Mortgage experience is not required but is a plus.

• Must be bilingual
