Responsibilities: • Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers • Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients • Collaborate with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Qualifications: • Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical • A Bachelors’ degree in construction management, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field is required • Valid Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) is a plus • Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 yearly
