    As a Field Engineer, you’ll be on-site in Granby, CO, supporting project execution from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to surveying, layout, installation, and project management, all while learning directly from experienced superintendents and project leaders.     What You’ll Do

    • Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
    • Perform quantity takeoffs and track materials delivered to the job site.
    • Assist with layout, site setup, and equipment installation strategies.
    • Maintain daily logs, including weather, photos, and equipment reports.
    • Monitor weather delays and report time and material changes.
    • Support jobsite safety by performing inspections and documenting toolbox talks.
    • Compile submittals, documentation, and redlined as-built drawings.
    • Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to keep projects on track.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Working knowledge of surveying, site layout, and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working with crews and project leaders.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in the field.
    • Nice to have: Experience on water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
