Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Civil Engineer (five to eight years) with an interest in Alternative / Renewable Energy to join our team in applying engineering skills to challenging projects. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team and be willing to have fun!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Current registration as a Civil Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• WA state PE preferred
• Five to eight years of professional engineering experience with design, permitting, and construction assistance in a variety of market sectors related to site development.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations; technical studies; and preparation of public improvement, grading, storm water management, and utility plans.
• Experience in coordinating with a multi-discipline design team.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Working with counterparts in other offices to share workload when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A positive, can-do-attitude.

Expected annual salary of $90,000-$103,000
