The Role

We are looking for candidates with direct experience in civil engineering land development. In this role, you will work across a variety of disciplines, including:

Site plans, subdivision layouts, and platting.

Roadway design and traffic controls.

Water distribution, water quality, and drainage facilities.

Floodplain and flood studies.

We encourage our team to take on new challenges and provide the support necessary for continuous professional growth and development.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Land Development experience specifically within the Austin market.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
