    We are seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer II to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently within a collaborative project team and gain hands-on experience in site development design. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop site plans and construction documents using CAD software • Perform grading design, earthwork calculations, and erosion control planning • Prepare engineering reports and design calculations • Collaborate with project managers and fellow design team members • Conduct research on design standards, regulations, and jurisdictional requirements What We Offer • Exposure to a broad range of land development projects • Supportive team environment focused on mentorship and professional growth Qualifications: Required Education and Experience • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering • 2+ years of design experience Preferred Education and Experience • EIT license or PE capable preferred. Required Skills / Abilities • Computer Aided Drafting utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D • Stormwater Modeling using HydroCAD, Storm CAD, ICPR, SWMM, or equivalent • Microsoft Excel and Word-generated reporting Travel • Minimum travel is required and is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
