    Our team is hiring a CESE Maintenance Mechanic Electrician Warehouse Support Services for the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) in Williamsburg, VA.

    The CESE Electrician provides electrical maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair support for Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) Expeditionary Medical Systems (EXMEDS) operations. This position supports equipment reliability and readiness by maintaining the electrical systems and components of mobile and stationary CESE assets.

    The CESE Electrician performs electrical maintenance activities in coordination with CESE maintenance, warehouse, and operations personnel to ensure equipment remains safe, serviceable, and available to meet operational and deployment requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components on CESE assets
    • Identify and correct electrical deficiencies affecting equipment safety, performance, or reliability
    • Perform limited repairs and component replacement, including lighting systems, batteries, wiring, switches, and related electrical components
    • Support operational testing and readiness checks of CESE equipment
    • Assist with the preservation of CESE assets by maintaining battery systems, electrical connections, and related components
    • Document electrical maintenance actions, deficiencies, and status information in approved records and tracking systems
    • Support preparation of CESE for storage, transfer, or deployment through inspection and staging activities
    • Coordinate with maintenance management and warehouse personnel when electrical issues require advanced repair or external support
    • Maintain accountability of tools, test equipment, and materials used for maintenance activities
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with safety practices

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing electrical maintenance and repair as an Electrician in an industrial, commercial, military, or government support environment

    Required Certifications & Licenses

    • Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred, or demonstrated equivalent experience
    • Valid driver’s license

    Security Requirements

    Valid Driver’s License; All NMRLC contractor employees must be U.S. citizens and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination (typically NACI with SF‑85/SF‑85P) sufficient to obtain and retain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) for installation, system, and facility access. Continued eligibility is required throughout contract performance, and loss of CAC or suitability status may result in removal from the contract.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience supporting Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), fleet, or industrial equipment
    • Familiarity with deployable or readiness-driven equipment programs

    • Attention to detail in the execution of maintenance and documentation
    • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
    • Effective coordination with maintenance, warehouse, and operations personnel

    • Working knowledge of safety practices applicable to electrical maintenance environments
