Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer, you will support construction administration efforts on municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the Atlanta metro area. You’ll collaborate with contractors, senior engineers, and field teams to help resolve on-site issues and ensure project success from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Support construction management activities on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Coordinate between contractors, field crews, and design engineers to resolve site issues
Attend construction meetings and assist with RFI/submittal reviews
Track project progress and document field changes
Prepare construction reports and project documentation
Serve as a liaison between the design office and job sites
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
0–5 years of engineering or construction experience (internships and co-ops count!)
EIT certification or actively working toward it
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in the water/wastewater industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Prior exposure to municipal water/wastewater projects (via internships or coursework)
Work Schedule: Full-Time | On-site
