Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our Northern California Civilteam in Petaluma, CA t o manage and drive land development and infrastructure projects to successful completion. This role is designed for a proficient civil engineering professional who excels in both engineering and project management.
As a Project Manager at KPFF, you will play a key role on our team and be responsible for managing projects, leading internal design teams, and interfacing with clients and project stakeholders. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people, be a self-starter and adept at problem-solving, and have a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $100,000 - $150,000, determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
