Overview

Seeking a Civil Estimator with 4–5 years’ experience for a Reno client. Must excel in HCSS (HeavyBid, HeavyJob) and cost estimation for civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for earthwork, utilities, and paving projects.
• Use HCSS to assess materials, labor, and needs.
• Prepare timely, accurate bid proposals.
• Analyze blueprints for cost calculations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams.
• Report estimating updates.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years as a Civil Estimator with HCSS expertise.
• Knowledge of civil construction processes and costs.
• Proficient in HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and estimating tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Construction Management (preferred).
• Organized and collaborative.
