About this role

What we're looking for?

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience, primarily in civil litigation. You should be comfortable in a dynamic, trial-focused environment and have a track record of handling complex legal matters. Bonus points if you have experience in white-collar defense or bankruptcy litigation.

What you'll do:

• Handle a diverse caseload including complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and bankruptcy litigation.

• Take ownership of case files, from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Work closely with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy.

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents that advance client objectives.

• Lead discovery efforts, including taking and defending depositions.

• Participate actively in courtroom proceedings, with opportunities to argue motions and examine witnesses.

This is a fully in-office role at either our San Clemente, CA headquarters or our expanding Downtown Los Angeles (Little Tokyo) office.
